What is Bamboo Gift Card?

Bamboo Gift Card (also "Gift Card" or "Voucher") is the digital card that can be purchased on the website www.giftvouchers.bambooairways.com. You can buy a Gift Card with the amount you prefer and send it to the intended recipient via email. The Gift Card can be used to pay for Bamboo Airways' flights and additional services.

How can I use the Bamboo Gift Card?

To use the Gift Card, select the flights you are interested in on Bamboo Airways website www.bambooairways.com or Bamboo Airways Mobile App. Then enter the Card Number and Card PIN, which you will receive after completing the purchase of a Gift Card, in the Voucher Number and Voucher PIN box. In the event that the booking amount is equal or exceeds the available credit, the Gift Card will be fully used until it has no remaining value. If your Gift Card amount is lower than the booking amount, you can make up the difference by paying the additional amount by another method of payment accepted by Bamboo Airways.

Can I buy a Gift Card and choose the delivery date?

Of course! You can buy a Gift Card for the later delivery. This is possible up to 60 days from the day of purchase. Your recipient will receive the Gift Card in his/her email inbox on the schedule day of delivery you have selected.

I bought the Gift Card but the recipient has not received it yet?

Do not worry, your order is safe with us. The Gift Card will arrive to the email address of Gift Card recipient usually in around 10 minutes after your online payment has been successfully accepted. If the recipient of your Gift Card has not received the Gift Card per email after 1 hour, please contact our Booking Center via 19001166 (24/7) or send email to evoucher@bambooairways.com. In case you have scheduled the delivery for another date, the Gift Card will arrive on that date. You can schedule the delivery up to 60 days before the event.

How can I order a Gift Card for a person who doesn’t have an email?

You can place the Gift Card order for the recipient’s name but you can put your email instead. Then you will receive the Gift Card via your email address. You can print the email, put it into a nice envelope and offer it to your gift recipient directly.

Can I purchase a physical/plastic Bamboo Gift Card?

No. Bamboo Gift Cards are only available through Bamboo Airways’ online store which will be sent to the desired recipient through email.

Is the Bamboo Gift Card refundable?

The Gift Card is refundable and it cannot be paid out in cash under any circumstances. Further sale of Gift Card is likewise not permitted.

How do I pay for the Gift Card?

You can pay for the Gift Card by any method of payment accepted by Bamboo Airways, including international cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB) , domestic/ATM cards, QR code scanning and many more.

Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?

The Gift Cards cannot be recharged, but feel free to buy a new Gift Card any time you wish!

Can I use my Gift Card partially?

Yes. Gift Cards can be redeemed multiple times until balance goes to zero. In case the value of the purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer. No refunds or credit note shall be issued for unused part of the Gift Card. You can find the Terms and Conditions in the email with the Gift Card.

Can I purchase a Gift Card in a travel agency?

I misspelled the name while purchasing the Gift Card, what can I do ?

What is the validity of my Gift Card?

The validity of the Gift Card is written in your email and is counted from the receipt date of the Gift Card.
